These apartments are affordable but you get what you pay for. The lawn care company mows and does trim but will also destroy outdoor decor. We usually have to trim shrubs ourselves to access walkways. There are holes and low areas in the yard and parking lot that go unfilled and water pools. Some buildings have nicer tenants than others. If someone chooses to smoke in their unit, you will definitely smell it in yours. Our neighbor uses THC carts. It has been a peaceful place and overall, it works for us . Nice community but needs to be more lit up and people need to slow down, to many turns and people fly through here. I deliver there often . Everyone is friendly.
Love this place always taken care of and very quite. Reasonable rent...
