I love their salads, especially the faro salad. The faro salad is tangy, appetizing, but yet satisfying at the same time. Also tried their chicken tagine, which got the Mediterranean flavors right. The only let down is the Chinese broccoli side, way too overcooked.

I'm usually wary of food laid out buffet style. I much prefer newly cooked meals. However, I must say that the salad choices are all very tasty. And the casual vibe is not bad.

This place just recently opened and I have to say that having been to all the other spots in downtown Culver City, this one blows them all away with the amazing quality and taste of their food. It is truly like eating in a white tablecloth, fine-dining establishment with tuxedo-ed watiers the food is that good. BUT, the atmosphere is totally casual (think Picnic tables). Wow, tried this with 3 other co-workers for lunch today. We all loved it. I had the two salads + entree. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the sauce was sinful. I also had the kale salad and the beet/citrus salad. Everything was salted well. Before we left one of the workers was passing out the key lime pie bar to each table. We all had a bit and it was also really good. This is a nice place to go to when Lemonade isn't near by.
