Service is amazingly horrible i was astonished, everytime i asked for help the response was always “someone’s coming right now.” the kiosk always displayed ‘Order Delayed’ for over 40+ min. They ignore 3rd party delivery drivers and dont acknowledge them when someone is trying to get help or answers, and they prioritize theyre catering first before anything else. Picnic lacks communication and organization, So if this location has so much demand but cant supply they should atleast lower the amount of restaurants inside this ... read more
The restaurant was extremely small for the foot traffic. Customer service was not very good and the food was way too expensive for portion size and quality control. Feels like the place is trying to act like it’s a “fancier” spot than it actually is. The coffee was also extremely subpar, the only redeeming quality was the tea and even that was just pre-bagged tea thrown into the pot.
