Nickole is a great professional., she was attentive and patient with my family and I. She explained everything very well all provide answer to all our inquiries.
I arrived yesterday ( May 23, 25) around 2:45, after a 40 minute drive from the city. I knew I was taking a drug test so I didn’t stop to use the bathroom. The woman that was there was very rude. I visibly had to use the bathroom. She proceeded to tell me that it would be a 10 minute wait even though I was the only one there. After I told her I couldn’t wait she then very slowly asked me my social and phone number. I did eventually make it to the bathroom, but she was taking her sweet time to get me there. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude,I asked how she was and she wouldn't respond to me,she not once smiled!Will never use this place again!
