I’ll start off positive by saying that Taylor and Santi ( forgive me, I may have misheard his name) were absolutely wonderful the entire evening. Taylor really knows how to work a group of people and was incredibly sweet, funny, and knowledgeable the entire class. She and the very kind man that was making vanilla were perfect. The location was awful, the building was very dirty and very claustrophobic, hardly able to fit the 10 of us ( including the teacher and worker). First and foremost I’m not sure how they stay in business from a cleanliness standpoint. The walls, tables, floors and all surfaces were visibly filthy. We were provided visibly dirty aprons to wear before beginning the class. The space is not conducive for more than 4-5 people at a time, very small, cramped and unorganized (on top of being dirty). Thank you so much for the lovely class on Friday night and for going the extra mile to make it AGS-friendly! That meant so much to us that you made all of that extra effort to go above and beyond. It was a truly special night and a fun way to celebrate our anniversary. We had a blast! We loved learning from you and hearing about your worldly-experiences. We highly recommend your classes! If you prioritize cleanliness or are claustrophobic, this is not the place for you! My husband and I live in another state and bought tickets online for a baking class. And unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about our experience. We were able to bring a good bit of the food home however we couldn't bring ourselves to eat it. I recommend staying home and watching a YouTube video.
