TJ and Jenn are amazing and the property is beautiful. Maintenance looks to be on top of everything.
On July 4th my air conditioner went out again. Feeling bad about having to call maintenance on the holiday. Victor came with all smiles. He went above and beyond with fixing and cleaning the ac unit!!
Love living here!!! Very quiet community.
Pickwick Flats is a great community. I have been very satisfied with my decision to move here. Jennifer as Community Director is fantastic. And Thomas and Victor as the maintenance team always go above and beyond.
Excellent service. Come within 48 hrs. Knowledgeable. Work quickly. Pleasant and respectful of me and my home. Update 4/30/25 - 5 stars for Thomas and victor … powerwashed unit on 4/ 29… looks better than new Both the building and sidewalks are shining. Overhead light in kitchen beautifully done .. bright and efficiently done.
