I couldn’t be happier living at Pickwick Flats! The property itself is beautiful, but what really stands out is the team. Jennifer, the manager, is incredibly kind, organized, and always goes above and beyond. Amanda in the office is so friendly and helpful, making every interaction a joy. And the maintenance team—Thomas and Victor—are simply amazing. They respond so quickly, always professional, and fix any issue with a smile. I truly feel at home here—highly recommend it!
By far the best apartments in Jax. Quiet, and clean. Jennifer is hands down the best property manager I have dealt with. She is pleasant, and always willing to help as much as she can.

This review is written by a 15 year resident of Pickwick Flats! I recently resigned for another 15 months. In all if these years, our manager and maintenance staffs have been wonderful. I recently had a hot water heater leak that was pretty severe. When I notified the office manager, Jennifer, she sent maintenance over immediately. Within an hour there was a plumber.
