This review is written by a 15 year resident of Pickwick Flats! I recently resigned for another 15 months. In all if these years, our manager and maintenance staffs have been wonderful. I recently had a hot water heater leak that was pretty severe. When I notified the office manager, Jennifer, she sent maintenance over immediately. Within an hour there was a plumber. Cozy older apartment complex with mature population, lovely neighborhood, well maintained & nice neighbors!!!
We really do have the best crew here at Pickwick! I'm so grateful for the quick, efficient work that Victor has done (twice) this week! Thank you very much for fixing my closet light and changing out my air filter!!
Have been a resident here for a little over 2 years, and can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever been at (and not just in Jax). Modern townhome-style units, with well-built and updated features and appliances. Located in a family-friendly, quiet, safe, and easily accessible neighborhood to shops.
