I recently hired Evan Pincus to do a simple Quitclaim Deed . He was familiar with the property as he had done the same thing for me years ago. When I told him the person to put on the deed he made comments that indicated he didn’t approve of my changes. Still he assured me it was simple and would be done in a “few days” and he didn’t need anything else from me at the time to get started.
