I recently hired Evan Pincus to do a simple Quitclaim Deed . He was familiar with the property as he had done the same thing for me years ago. When I told him the person to put on the deed he made comments that indicated he didn’t approve of my changes. I had a terrible experience with Evan Picus. He drafted the wills for me and my late wife and helped with the deed to our home, which was titled tenancy in common. After she passed, I went to him for help. Instead of giving proper legal guidance, he told me to “just wait for probate” and ignored my ownership rights and spousal elective share.
