I was extremely dissatisfied with the carpet cleaning service. The technicians didn’t clean properly and ignored my concerns. They left dirty water stains on the carpet and didn’t dry it properly. The smell afterward was unbearable. Customer support was rude and unhelpful when I tried to get assistance. It felt like they only cared about money, not the service. Very unprofessional overall.
The staff didn’t wear proper gear and tracked dirt from outside into my home. Totally careless.
My carpets haven’t looked this good in years. The service was quick, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend their excellent work.
