⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Lisa and her assistant Montana. From the moment I walked in, their warmth, kindness and genuine care made such a difference. Dr Lisa is incredibly professional yet personable, explaining everything clearly and putting me completely at ease. Montana was just as wonderful, friendly, reassuring and attentive throughout. Their personalities alone make what could be a stressful experience feel calm and comfortable. Absolutely outstanding service and care. Highly recommend!
Nobody enjoys a dental visit. I had the unfortunate experience of losing a filling over Christmas. But my good fortune was securing an appointment with Ish. She replaced it quickly and surprisingly painlessly. Best dental experience I've had in 40 years. Thanks Ish 🙏
Went 3 months ago to Pickup-Bagshaw asmy wisdom teeth were hurting and causing my gums to inflame. I was told to wait until they caused more of a problem (they had), they were extremely rude and good at making me feel belittled. Lived with pain for 3 months. I then went to Inova Prospect - who gave me an xray and then schedules me in for a same day wisdom tooth removal which is needed as I go to a remote holiday tomorrow and will be unable to receive any treatment over there. The admin team were very accomodating, the dentist ( unsure who I saw- he didn’t introduce himself), a number of people came into the consult room with him- no explanation or introductions. The dentist offered a brief assessment for my child, he was unable to help or offer advice. The whole experience took less than 2 minutes. The dentist then charged a me a huge amount for the assessment. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this practice.
Drove all the way up from Hobart to have Dr Tony Bagshaw release my newborns tongue tie, and would do it again tomorrow. The practice found me an appointment the same day I called as the tie was impacting feeding/ causing pain. So grateful, the staff were friendly and personable, Tony himself was great and I couldn’t get over how quick the procedure was. Feeding improved immediately after the procedure. We’re just ecstatic, thank you!
