Unfortunate experience. Definitely would not trust this business. Reached out to them over Instagram to try to get a gift card for my mom for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately they misquoted me the price of their services and when my mom went to schedule an appointment asked for essentially double of what they originally quoted (originally asked for a single process with a normal wash and possible trim and was quoted 300 which I bought on a gift card, they were then wanting 600, which is incredibly pricey for a short hair trim and... read more
Extremely, extremely expensive. Like you're producing a runway, but only for your own head. But, she really knows what she's doing, and has the press exposure, so that's New York I guess!
My daughter found this place. Jackie helped her with the style to go with her face shape. My daughter loved it. Glad she found this place.
