Amazing customer service! Friendly and dependable! I called and left a message and within 20 mins had a call back and they were on their way! They got the unit checked out and fixed within one hour. Our house started cooling off immediately. Baby girl and I are so thankful! Will definitely use Pickrell’s in the future!
