My father is buried in a small cemetery in rural Illinois. We live in Oklahoma but wanted to have flowers delivered for his grave on Memorial day. Another company took my order, charged my card, then late Thursday (before Memorial day on Monday) sent me an email that they couldn't deliver, order had been canceled and card refunded.
