Nothing about this Escrow Company meets the industry standards. They never return calls or emails, or do they pay their escrow demands on time. I believe that customer service should be the number reason they are in business, but flunked every test they were given.

I love working with Tegan, Brittney and Sarah at Pickford Escrow Company. We have done closed many real estate transactions together and they do a great job every time. There is a constant stream of communication and they send weekly updates so all parties are on the same page. They have excellent customer service when talking with buyers and sellers and are very informative and helpful.
