Just closed on a beautiful house in Aliso with this escrow company. They handled our sell and our buy. I couldn’t have nicer things to say about Melissa and Beth. They have gone out of their way to make sure the sales went through on the same day and performed all the notary’s at our home. Communication has been top notch and just a joy to work with. Highly recommend as an escrow company to get affairs in order quickly when needed.
This company is not recommended, it is allowing a liar and biased employee in the company. This company lacks of response and unprofessional and totally biased. I have called and emailed Daniel Kuntz many times, he lied to my lender that he does not have my phone number. He was also in favor of one party and made changes at the last minutes. If I can give negative star, I will. Buyer and seller be aware of this company. Please check out the reviews on yelp and BBB and other place.
