My first contact with Clarence Pickett was sometime in 2024 when I was concerned about possible damage from storms. He came and inspected my roof and told me I didn't need to replace it right then and that it still had a little life left. I rarely write reviews, but the experience I've had working with Pickett's was exceptional, and felt the need to share. We developed a leak in our upstairs master bedroom from a wind storm in Spring '25. I called Pickett's as soon as we arrived home from vacation and Seth had a crew out there the very same day to fix the leak. At that time, using his drone, he was able to determine the leak was from missing shingles and identify other wind damage and suggested I file a claim with my insurance. They worked diligently with my insurance company to have my claim approved. Once that was done they came out and replaced my roof within a few days. Seth was great to work with. Locally owned and operated company so they truly care about their customers and the job they do. My new roof looks great!
Nails left all around property. Carport started leaking where they replaced the roof but didn’t finish, so I’m left with more damage than when they started. What started out as a pleasant business relationship, has turned sour after the problem was brought to the owners attention in February, and the problem still persists in June.
Haf wind damage done to both roofs. They came out fast fixed both roofs nice people and very professional. I had went thru three roofing companies in 6 months and picket was best by far.
