We had a broken wire on our dryer causing it to not heat. Dennis was reached through our warranty company. He was responsive and quick to repair our unit. Repairs took less than an hour. Awesome job thank you!
Dennis was contracted through Whirlpool Warranty to fix my fridge, after telling us he needed to order parts, he has not returned a single phone call in 3 months. I escalated to Whirlpool today and they confirmed the parts had been sent to him. Steer clear of this guy, he will never answer or return your calls
