Mr.Pickett was extremely rude and let me know right away that he wasn't happy about coming to Jasper (He should have told me that when I talked to him). Customers in my salon talked about how rude he was. One lady said if there had been a man there he wouldn't have talked to me like he did. I needed him to look at my unit at my salon and at my house. Rent log home heat upstairs not working not sure when,but thermostat was wrong one. Keith owner replaced and renters very pleased. Highly recommend Keith
