Terrible customer service, employees seemed like they hated their job and didn’t want to answer any questions. Out of hat boxes, asked them to write my name down so I could get a hat box when they had one, employee said okay don’t know when that’ll be, I said that fine I just don’t want to have to pay for one separate since I’m buying a hat and it should come with one and then they didn’t, asked if they could order me a different size hat, said he didn’t know. Terrible service and experience. Will NEVER go back!! Went in to ask about pet bath, they said we would be next. I asked to verify price. Went out out to get dogs, came back in and asked if we had to wait in line outside or if we could walk around. Told we could walk around. Then stopped and told there were three more dogs ahead of us because a lady just paid and we didn’t prepay. I didn’t know to prepay. They said, you’re not going to wait. Not for 5 dogs, no. I was willing to wait for the one finishing up and the next one.
Recommendedpickette's if where I take my dogs and they are always so nice friendly when I bring them in for baths!

I went in the Oxford location today and experienced the best customer service I’ve had there. Braden was phenomenal and had a great attitude. I am very pleased with the experience I had today. Keep up the great work!!
