I have rented from Pickett Property for 2 1/2 years. I am looking at a new Pickett Property location for this year. The agents are considerate and take care of any problems quickly and in a professional way. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a rental.
Pickett Property Management has managed my one house for 40 years. I spent a good many of those years overseas so it was critical to have skilled managers in place and Pickett has been that and more. They have kept me up to date on market trends, recommended and managed upgrades when necessary and done an excellent job of screening tenants. This is my first time with a rental property and the process was so much easier than I had anticipated. I had support at every step, with consistent communication along the way. The team was great and had answers to all my questions, were very flexible, and even recommended a fantastic cleaning service (Cali clean) to make sure my property sparkled and was really ready to show. They were even able to align with the first renter within just a few weeks. I honestly couldn’t be happier.
Pickett took over the management of our rental property over a year ago, and it has been such a great decision. Their staff is very professional and quick to handle problems and provide a solution. Highly recommended!
