I went to Dr Pickett’s office for a consultation. Rebecca was very nice. She answered all my questions. She was very helpful !! I Dr Pickett was nice also ! He recommended braces to align my teeth.
My orthodontic visit today was excellent. The staff was exceptionally professional, courteous, and welcoming. Each step of the process was clearly explained, and I felt well cared for throughout my appointment. I am truly impressed by the level of service and look forward to continuing my treatment with this outstanding team.
I can’t say enough good things about Pickett Orthodontics! I first had my braces done here in high school, and recently returned to start treatment again. The entire experience has been wonderful — the office is incredibly clean, organized, and professional. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients’ comfort.
