We had a terrible time finding someone to replace the carpet in the bedroom with an engineered wood floor. I guess the job was too small for a lot of people. But Picketfence Design was excellent and so easy to work with. They got us the documents we needed for our HOA very quickly. Everything was done on time and the work was very high quality. We worked with Tennille in sales and she was terrific. I would definitely recommend Picketfence Design.
They installed our carpet and laminate wood flooring wrong and had to replace everything after a third party came out to investigate. Also, they don't return phone calls back or answer their phone. They make appts and don't show up for them. When they installed our wood flooring they left holes in the walls and told us it wasn't their job to patch it up. We have pictures and emails to prove it.
