I called Phyllis at picket fence from out of town during a big snowstorm. She was more than happy to take care of a last minute birthday for me. She treated me like she cared about what she does and delivered something beautiful by 2:00 the same day! They were already extremely busy with a funeral. These ladies are fabulous! I definely will use again. Thank you!
