I sent an email to get quoted on a car I would drop off. In the email I explained I would drop it off and that it had a blown head gasket. A week later I finally get a text saying they wanted to come pick up the car and asked me if there was anything wrong with the engine completely ignoring the fact that I already provided this information. This company and employee named Camry and her attitude apparently do not want mew business and do not know how to comprehend simple written I communications.

I left my title to a broken down car with a lady in their office. The tow truck driver drove to Overton to get the car but did nit get the car cause there was another car parked behind it at the time. Well weeks later I returned to get my title because I jad just filed a theft charge against someone from Overton because they sold my car with out a title. 2 days later I found my car on Pickers lot. Great place to go great prices and I love the sales they have. Especially the $100 all you can carry. I load up on tons of parts for only $100 you can’t beat that! Inside staff if very friendly. Apparently they got a new manager recently and you can tell it on the yard. Definitely made a great turn on cleaning up the yard and adding more vehicles to utilize empty space for more cars for us who go to pick. They are awesome here my kids and husband are here often. My son in law lost his keys and we where at a loss and looked everywhere I thought we would never see them but sure enough the let him know they found them great place thank you so much!
