Awful. The staff does not communicate to each other and is continuously giving me conflicting and inconsistent information. We are tired of being lied to. Nobody seems to know what is going on or care. Our family seems to have no rights when it comes to my mother. Unacceptable.
Recommended2009....I entered this facility with my dad, only to become part of the family for 10 years!!!!! 10 years they cared for my dad, loved on him, and dealt with me being a very over protective daughter. My dad was generally a happy funny guy rolling through the hallways and would joke with the staff where they joked right back making him feel welcome and at "home". friendly caring, staff,lots of activities
The people at a Pickerington are fantastic! Kind and caring. My mom had a couple of issues at first and were quickly addressed. The people make all the difference!
Wonderful staff. Hospitality is great.
