I wanted to take a moment to express my recent experience at Pickering VW. I had my 2020 VW atlas in for its 15k service and maintanence. Once it was completed I was informed that my rear breaks need to be replaced as they only had 20% life left, as well as my spark plugs replaced. They wanted to book me in right away to have this service completed and even offered to do the replacement right then. I purchased a used car in November 20 24 for over $20,000 and it has been nothing but issues I’ve not even had a car for one year and already the power steering has to be replaced. The AC stopped working, and the part is conveniently out of stock and on a backorder, and now the clutch has slipped, which is not covered under my extended warranty. I will not be recommending Pickering VW .
