I got an oil change but I found out the car part wasn't installed properly. I had to go back a week later to have it fixed. The mechanic didn't bother to check. I am very disappointed with the service.

It is the worst experience in life
Well, the service was kind of mixed up and the original salesperson we contacted was unavailable. We met a nice enough salesperson, but were absolutely duped on an extremely bad AS IS deal. Yes, we realize this is a risk, but we have done this more than once with a Ford dealer in Peterborough and the sales people were careful not to take in a bad trade and ruin their reputation. We now have to lose 3,000 or pay double what the car is worth to fix it. I recommend this dealership think twice before selling uninspected vehicles... read more
