We had to take our Tiguan for a parts replacement to the Pickering dealership. We were looked after by Chris and Adib. Even though the part was delayed from Volkswagen, Chris escalated our concerns, arranged an equivalent vehicle replacement and compensation. Really appreciate Chris and the folks at Pickering Volkswagen going out of their way to look after us. Thank you very much 🙏
