Extremely disappointed with my experience at Pickering VW. I waited over three weeks for a refund after they canceled the vehicle, not me, and was originally told I’d have it in a week. That’s unacceptable. To make things worse, the finance manager was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. I had a bad water pump for my Tiguan I called around at different locations and everyone was busy. I was able to get an appointment on the Volkswagen website, I still ended up calling ahead just to make sure that I could get that appointment. I got in touch with one of their service advisors and she confirmed my appointment. I then called CAA to tow my truck to the location. A very friendly place to buy a car, andrew who works very hard was very friendly and helpful with my car purchase and I couldn’t be happier, definitely come here if you need help as they went above and beyond with helping me figure out what was wrong with the used car I was buying and offered me a scanner to see what code the car was giving when they didn’t have too.
