It’s always a pleasure going in to see the team at Pickering dental. Who wants to go to a dentist right!?! All of the staff have always been very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with each time we are there or call in. My wife and I had lived in Pickering for over 15 years. About four years ago we moved to Etobicoke and continue to make the drive to the office in Pickering. Dr Malayil is truly a wonderful person.
I had to take my dad for an emergency dental appointment. I am so impressed from the first moment I made a call to this clinic(spoke to a wonderful lady named Christine) because when I said he is in pain they tried to give an earliest appointment. I wish I had gone sooner!! I am a VERY nervous patient and I explained that before I went. Dr Bancak and his staff took there time. I was able to get 2 fillings I needed over 2 visits with no problems. I have even booked a cleaning in a few weeks. Highly recommend Dr Bancak and his team!
The Front Desk Manager Christine is super kind and caring and really helps to solve your concerns right from the first call. She has an amazing front desk team that is really caring and efficient. Then there is the Hygienists: wonderful, caring and actually teach you the reasons why you need to do things...Dr. Senpreet did the most thorough exam i have ever had and feel more confident on the path i am taking.
