Staff are great. However the problem I have and seem to always have is that your original appointment never sticks. Within the past couple years I have had my appointments changed last minute 5 times. Very frustrating and hard to use. Unfortunately would recommend going somewhere else for this reason, unless you are retired and have a wide open schedule
I was very happy with the service at Pickering dental. From the lovely receptionists, the very pleasant dental hygienist and very informative dentist. They all made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Joe is quite knowledgeable and trustworthy. He examined all aspects of a tooth pain and advised on the best course of action. All staff members were friendly and personable.
