From start to finish, their communication was excellent — they kept me informed throughout the whole process, explained everything clearly and were always quick to respond to any questions. Takes way too long and the admin is useless. Took 3 weeks to assess my car and then said it would be another 2 months for repairs. Took it to BCM instead. They assessed the car the day after I called and repaired it in 1 month.

Wouldn’t send my go cart to these guys Took 6 mths to repair my Ute , then after I picked it up found that they had missed repairing the left hand side, then got told by Colin that I shouldn’t of crashed my car, 😡, unreal Would not recommend these guys 3.9 stars is well above what they should be

I have been waiting for my car for 2 weeks now. They told me Thursday I had to call Thursday as they had not given any updates and then they say Monday. I AGAIN had to call Monday and again I was told not ready and no further detail. I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my car back.
