They think I'm stupid and don't have access to marketplace. "No secondhand parts available" so they can get away with slinging me for a new door on a 26 year old car. Need to shame these places that give you the "too lazy" price. Found a for parts car that just needs a permit to be moved for half the quote for door repair and paint match. I could respray the whole car with the difference. Quote and damage quote is for attached.

I couldn’t recommend Pickering Smash Repairs highly enough. From start to finish, their communication was excellent — they kept me informed throughout the whole process, explained everything clearly and were always quick to respond to any questions. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic and the car was returned looking as good as new. It was such a relief dealing with a business that was professional, reliable and genuinely cared about doing a great job. They even cleaned the car! Thank you to the team at Pickering Sm... read more
Takes way too long and the admin is useless. Took 3 weeks to assess my car and then said it would be another 2 months for repairs. Took it to BCM instead. They assessed the car the day after I called and repaired it in 1 month.
