I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The customer service wasn’t very welcoming. I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of being addressed professionally. I left feeling disappointed and wishing I had gone somewhere else. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this salon and won’t be returning. Good work, awful service.

Booked an appointment for four girls - we were not taken as a group. I chose a polish for my pedicure (regular polish) and the employee painted a different colour on my toes. There was no mention of next steps or changing the colour to what I wanted - instead she left knowing I was not happy with the service. When speaking up for ourselves, we were told to “calm down” when no one raised their voice. I ended up changing my polish to shellac since they did not have the colour I chose in regular polish.
