I was not able to make an apt with my regular chiropodist so I booked an apt with Pickering foot clinic. Ali was very friendly and solved the issue of pain I had because of an ingrown toenail. It took 5 min. He cut the side of my toenail that was poking into my skin. I am diabetic. I was expecting a full assessment of my feet as this was a consultation. They charged me 120 dollars to clip my toenail. I will not be going back again.
I saw Dr. Stephanie at the clinic last month and was so happy to have someone who was so calm and listened to what I needed help with for my nails. She was efficient, didn't rush me at all and was so pleasant to talk to during the appointment. The secretary as well was so calm and kind! It was a great experience and I am happy with the aid she gave my nails.
I came in for a total nail avulsion, after I had a very bad experience years ago at at a hospital ago. Very nervous going into the procedure but I had Ali Bandali and is the best person i have ever encountered. I've seen him twice so far and he is so kind, gentle and so understanding. He's made me feel so welcome and has been overall incredible. The women at the front desk is also amazing and very kind. Overall this place really is great, and they really do make sure their patients are as comfortable as possible. 12/10.
