Just ok ....
This management doesn't deserve even one star. They never answer their phone calls. it almost feels like they've taken an oath not to. There is no website available, and when you call, the phone doesn't even ring; it goes straight to voicemail. Unfortunately, no one ever calls back. The person at the front desk also comes across as uninterested and unhelpful, making the overall experience even more frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and communication because it's very disappointing.
Dr. Vik and his staff take great care of their patients. Dr Vik explains everything he does and needs to be done. He's very gentle and knowledgeable and his staff are excellent! I ❤ like my dentist Finally 😬
PLEASE NOTE - this is a privatized healthcare clinic. If you are expecting a walk-in that is covered by OHIP, you will be sorely disappointed. Nothing against the doctor, she was fabulous and good at her job, and the staff were friendly, however, this is something that definitely needs to be said while checking-in, PRIOR to waiting with your daughter in the waiting room, and then having her inspected by the doctor, and THEN being told it will cost money to do anything further.
Terrible. Never again Doctor did not care. No compassion and no care. I’d rather go to emerge.
