I originally went in for a walk-in when we moved to Pickering 10 years ago. The experience was so good I decided to ask Dr Anu Jacob if she’s take me in as a patient. It took a few months waiting but it was 100% worth the wait! Follow up calls are prompt & perfect. Receptionist Jaya is meticulous & systematic - helps when you forget or procrastinate tests! One of the most patient doctors I have ever been examined by, she listens so patiently and will answer all questions. Lady at the reception is very kind too and so are the ladies at the pharmacy, super helpful.
Just got here and absolutely had to leave a review. I called this clinic randomly to inquire about something because my family doctor was booked solid, and the receptionist was exceptional. There is nothing better than reaching out to a health facility these days and being treated with genuine kindness and willingness to help. Thank you for the beautiful service 💙😊💙
