PLEASE NOTE - this is a privatized healthcare clinic. If you are expecting a walk-in that is covered by OHIP, you will be sorely disappointed. Nothing against the doctor, she was fabulous and good at her job, and the staff were friendly, however, this is something that definitely needs to be said while checking-in, PRIOR to waiting with your daughter in the waiting room, and then having her inspected by the doctor, and THEN being told it will cost money to do anything further.
Terrible. Never again Doctor did not care. No compassion and no care. I’d rather go to emerge.
I brought my son today Wednesday and the clinic was closed. It stated on their website it’s open today unfortunately it’s closed. Please change the timing, since I only found you guys through instagram ad. It’s complete waste of my time driving 20 minutes to get here.
Doctors here seem completely clueless. I’ve taken my wife to this walk-in clinic twice now, and the experience has been terrible. The doctors don’t follow up on her condition and don’t seem concerned about what’s actually going on. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. It’s no surprise that it’s never busy. update: as I mentioned my wife was the patient here and we came for walk-in. I don't know why would someone edit to accuse me of putting fake review.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Idu. I brought my son in because he had a fever and wanted to have him properly checked. During the visit, Dr. Idu did not check my son’s temperature and told us that the fever would likely go away on its own and that we should just give him Tylenol. The next day my son’s condition worsened, so we went to urgent care. The doctors there took the time to properly examine him and prescribed medication that helped resolve the fever.
