Summit homes are a very good place to live, having a great location, calm and quiet environment and a heavenly place. The developers are conventional, I am not talking about them it is about my sweet home.
Superintendent Dale is fantastic, you can tell he cares for his customers.
We are happy with our home, closing went smoothly and minor issues have been fixed by the builder. Many of the finish details were standard that you won't find with other builders. We weren't happy with the sales office, but at the end of the day that is a small part of the overall process.
Not the best customer service, luckily we were there just to look & not buy.
