Amazing Experience with Hygienist Sina! I had such a positive experience with Sina during my appointment. She’s incredibly gentle, patient, and truly attentive to your comfort the entire time. Sina explains everything clearly, checks in often, and makes what could be a stressful visit feel calm and easy. I really don't understand the odd 1 star reviews about the front desk staff. I just started coming here less than 2 weeks ago, already have had 4 appointments to do x rays/cleaning/emergency wisdom tooth extraction etc. and honestly I've had nothing but a great experience. Haven't had to wait any more than 5 minutes to see a dentist. Both dentists and the dental hygienist I've seen have all been amazing to me, explaining everything so well and have made me feel so comfortable. Called in today to book appts for both my boyfriend and myself, and Marissa on the phone was absolutely lovely. She helped give quotes for everything step by step, explained and recommended the Canadian Dental Care Plan to help with the cost, and was wonderful to chat with for our (kind of long) call. She was very patient while I chatted her ear off lol! Marissa was the highlight of my day today while calling tonnes of different places, and she stood out for her positivity and sweet voice.
