Called in today to book appts for both my boyfriend and myself, and Marissa on the phone was absolutely lovely. She helped give quotes for everything step by step, explained and recommended the Canadian Dental Care Plan to help with the cost, and was wonderful to chat with for our (kind of long) call. She was very patient while I chatted her ear off lol! Marissa was the highlight of my day today while calling tonnes of different places, and she stood out for her positivity and sweet voice.
It was a great experience. Great safe. They were attractive and informative. My experience with Dr Bencak was awesome, gentle, kind and informative. Thank you for a great experience. I have even gone ahead to have my information transferred over from my other dental office. 🙃
It’s always a pleasure going in to see the team at Pickering dental. Who wants to go to a dentist right!?! All of the staff have always been very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with each time we are there or call in. My wife and I had lived in Pickering for over 15 years. About four years ago we moved to Etobicoke and continue to make the drive to the office in Pickering. Dr Malayil is truly a wonderful person.
I had to take my dad for an emergency dental appointment. I am so impressed from the first moment I made a call to this clinic(spoke to a wonderful lady named Christine) because when I said he is in pain they tried to give an earliest appointment.
