Had a toothache all of a sudden for a few days and it became intolerable where I needed to see a dentist ASAP. Fortunately we called Pickering Dental and go an appt same day in the afternoon. (Already grateful got an appt same day). The dentist (Dr Bencak) was very comfortable to speak with and having a bad experience from a previous appt with a different office, doc made me feel comfortable due to my first time in years visits dentist. Thanks team for addressing my issues today and have earned me as a patient!!
An absolutely wonderful experience! At my first visit here the customer service was exceptional. Angie at the front desk helped book an appointment, was very friendly and even went above and beyond to give me a little more information regarding the treatment I was seeking. She was fast and responsive and easy to communicate with. Amazing dental office. Dr Kumer removed my wisdom teeth and he is a true professional. He always asked me if I was doing ok and made sure I was never in pain. Couldn't recommend him enough.
Dr. Rose Saati was awesome. She was very gentle and the best dentist i’ve ever been too. I would highly recommend people go to her as i’ve been in and out of dental offices and nothing compares!
