My daughter lived in one of their complex, The Preserves previously known as Campus Pointe in Gainesville, GA. and it was a STUDENT HOUSING TERROR!!!! She was ask to leave because she had a birthday party and did not inform management prior to the party and also because she had more than 5 people in her apartment. They are trying to make us pay for the remainder of her lease and states their plan is to turn us into the credit bureau. We're fighting this so, we'll see what happens.concern parent
