I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today at the Chrysler dealership service department from Brighet Chande! I brought in my Dodge Durango because the transmission was making a clicking sound. I purchased this vehicle brand new, zero kilometers, and it is not a cheap vehicle. Great experience from start to finish. Devaughn and Marta were wonderful to work with and very responsive to all of my inquiries. Asked to pickup my vehicle at 2PM, showed up a little bit early and was actually out the door and on the road before 2PM! Receptionist was lovely as well, very busy but still personable and kind :)
