Under a very stressful night my cat Maple was very sick. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and got me an appt within the hour (b/c we live about 35mins away). We arrived and were taken straight back. That is where we met the vet tech Darlene and she told us our sweet Maple was a boy not a girl. Dr Springer and Darlene were very compassionate in examining our sick cat. My 11 yr old son was with me and very upset. Very compassionate staff. Without hesitation they made room for my dog Cambria who had just been hit by a car. Very thoughtful people, thorough examination and proper mediation. As a former technician's assistant I was very impressed by the x-rays they performed and the pain meds they prescribed. All in all I am so pleased with the staff and the way that they cared for my baby!!
Never have I seen such an amazing and compassionate group of people! Every one of my pet's have always been treated with care as if they belonged to the one's treating then. Thank you all so much for being there.
We called in on Friday evening with an emergency case. Our dog had collapsed and couldn't stand or walk and wasn't breathing well. They told us they were booked. Really? Total lack of compassion or care. Would NOT recommend.
Our one stop care for our fur babies, they take good care of them and Docs are very nice. I miss our first two docs.
