Don't Use Pickell Roofing Do not use these roofers. First, before I signed a contract, he showed up without asking to take off my old roof...on the day that another contractor was working and his workers showered old roof material on their heads! When I told him I wouldn't use him because of this, he told me he would bill me a LARGE PART of his estimate for the 1/2 done take off (not complete because I told them to leave). Good contractor to work with Pickell roofing did my neighbors house. Looked good so I decided to go with them on my roof. Did an excellent job at a fair price. Been about a year and haven't had any problems. I've decided to go with them for my rental too.
