Stopped delivering the flower subscription that I ordered for my wife. Then autonewed it before it was half way done for the following year. Getting my money back has been difficult - she doesn’t answer or respond to messages. The Instagram and Shopify store are down. I think the scam is over.

We've had a weekly flower subscription for over a year. I have been trying to cancel it for 6 weeks because the flowers aren't showing up and we are being charged weekly. They don't answer email, FB messenger, or return voicemail. I went to their shop to find out that they are GONE, with no notice and still charging me weekly. Had to call the credit card company today to dispute their charges to get them to stop.

Did not receive my $100 bouquet order, and have sent multiple emails/voice mails but can’t get ahold of anyone to get my money back. Truly disappointing.

I was subscribed to receive monthly shipments of flowers for about six months. Half the time, the flowers never arrived. I have left several voicemails, sent them emails, and reached out over Instagram. They have not responded once (over the course of several months). Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a Valentine's Day Boutique for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day and got a different boutique delivered. The flowers were beautiful, but it was not what was advertised and looked like something I would order for my mom. Girlfriend still loved the flowers, but agreed the flower boutique was not what I paid for. Called twice, no answer, so I left a voicemail and sent two emails expressing my concern, but never got a reply or call back. Will not be ordering from them again.
