Absolutely incredible from start to finish! Liam replaced all my guttering today, fascias, gutters and down pipes. His attention to detail is incredible. Communication throughout has been wonderful,Liam is so informative and talks you you trough step by step. He also fixed two dislodged roof tiles for me that he noticed were out of place. Had a problem with some of my guttering. Got in touch with Pickax after numerous local recommendations. Excellent communications and appointment was sorted for when it was convenient. I was really happy with the price as well. All guttering cleaned and checked and an overall assessment offered for my fascias, gutters and drainpipes. Great stuff and will happily get in touch when I want some more work doing. Thanks, Jonathan.
What a top guy, really friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of cost. Gave a range of options and even did an extra quick repair for free, as well as giving tips and advise for any DIY fixes for the lower guttering, just to save me money on call-outs. Lovely bloke!
Had three sections of guttering that required repairing. Liam came and quoted for each individual section. Carried out the repepairs on date agreed and cleaned up any waste. Price was good and provided advice when needed. Would highly recommed.
Liam came out to fix a leaky gutter and all I can say is, what a lovely guy! It was really difficult getting someone reliable to do this small job but Liam responded straight away and gave me a quote after sending photos of the gutter that needed attention. He came out when he said he would and explained everything he was doing and made a good repair.
