Overall had a great experience with Pickard. Ordered a rear fender from them a week ago and Jevon personally delivered it to my house today so I would have it in time for the 3 day weekend. Communication throughout the sale was great as well. Always replied to any questions I had. Fantastic customer service! Thanks again!
Do not deal with this company!!!!!! Jevon is rude and doesn’t care about you or anything you buy. Once they have the money you do not matter. I placed a order for a 26 inch wheel and neck kit never told it was going to take 12 weeks to cut the wheel. I asked if they could go ahead and ship me the rest of my parts and they said yes I would have them the next week. Ordered a Harley rim came in on time, would do business again!
Jevon "was" great at first but now he's avoiding me. Three months and still waiting on 26" wheel. I should have gone with SMT. A friend received his 3D wheel May 31... 6 weeks after placing order. I purchased a rear package from Jevon. (Fastback) Molding wasn't the best but I made it work. Side covers needed to be glued onto stock covers bc they were w/o pins. It left huge gaps between tank therefore requiring much bonding. Tank dash installment was nightmare. Last contact they claimed that they would check their California ... read more
