I love that they use local healthier ingredients and the food is great. I love the lettuce wrapped deluxe burger and the cold brew milkshake. My kids love it as a treat but I feel better that it doesn't have the chemicals and additives that most fast food has.

Malt was fine, burger was on the dry overcooked side. On the expensive side too and very noisy inside.

Business response:

Thank you for your visit and feedback. The local and natural ingredients we source, ranging from Painted Hills beef to Snoqualmie ice cream, cost more than conventional products. Our menu prices, while higher than traditional fast food, are at the level required for PICK-QUICK ingredient quality standards. We are sorry that the burger you received was overcooked and it was too noisy inside. Please call PICK-QUICK Auburn General Manager Janice Herron at 253-248-1949 to discuss.

It's usually very good and hot. But yesterday my husbands burger was a little too pink. They need to check to make sure burgers are cooked through.

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback Helen! We apologize for your husband's burger being pink. We hope to see you in again soon.
