In April 2018, was directed by Tricare to see pichelman as a second opinion for surgery. Apparently my asking certain questions, especially about what his neurosurgean specialties we're. pichelman took an offense. My recommended surgery involved placement of a shunt within a cyst, that is inside the spinal cord. Pichelman recommended not to do this surgery. While asking why not, no explanations were given.
