The servers and owners are always very friendly when I dine there and the food is always served in a timely manner.
The pizza was delicious and the service was very friendly and the food was brought to our table in a timely fashion. The restaurant was clean and I would definitely return.
It's nice to be able to come in a grab a table and watch a sporting event on the tv while you wait for your meal. You usually don't have to wait for service unless they are very busy, but with the experienced staff, who acknowledges your presence, you don't mind a short wait. Outdoor seating is nice too.
Piccolo Napoli is not your normal pizza place. The menu is complete with creative options. It is easy to try different offerings that result in a positive and unique experiences.
It was wonderful! We come every Saturday and usually order the same thing: this past Saturday we ordered the eggplant which was delicious. Our server's attitude is amazing: Jessica is one of the most positive, kind and friendly people and we really enjoy having her serve us.
Server was very friendly and fast. Ordered salad and calzone to go, and a glass of wine while I waited. Waitress also explained how to reheat calzone for later. Good service. Good food. Thanks!
My family an I always get at least one pizza that is always the same. Cheese with added goat cheese and bacon. That is my favorite and they even named it after me for a month of so. Very cool!!!! The Sullivan Jessie is the best!
An excellent Italian Restaurant with pleasant atmosphere. Outdoor seating with heaters allows you to bring your dog and be comfortable. The meatballs are superb, pizza the way I like it. Service is excellent.
Every server, chef, bartender, pizza delivery person, dish washer and even the owner is first rate in this place. I am so glad they opened in Orinda three years ago
