I lived here for 5 years loved it had a few different managers starting with Carlos and last Managers i had the pleasure of working with was Leana and Leona both were awesome.The apartment place was cool especially for a starter place cant go wrong. Only issue i had was parking but that is like every apartment in SoCal.
If you're that poor and desperate, I would say Piccadilly is good. But in the end it is not worth it. It is FAR from a perfect place to call home. The quality of the apartment sucks. Everything is falling apart outside and inside the apartment, maintenance never shows up when you need them, and the pools are always almost black. If you get a disease from this place I wouldn't be surprised. They are always repairing something that never fixes the actual problem.
