Great staff and experience
Very disappointing experience I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience here. I paid $45 for a pedicure. There wasn’t even a greeting . My feet had barely been soaking for a minute before my cuticles were being cut. When I asked about using cuticle cream/softener first, the technician didn’t understand what I was asking, so another staff member came over and quite abruptly said, “NO, WE don’t have cream,” and that they “just cut” the cuticles. Rude customer service. I feel like they try to take advantage of students. I only wanted to get my nails shaped, and they told me it would be $15. Then I was told that shaping and colour would be $20. So you’re telling me shaping is $15 and adding colour is only another $5? I also wanted to use a $5 discount in exchange for leaving a review, and the only reason they agreed was because I was just getting my nails shaped.
