I’ve lived out there for two years and I do not recommend the pool only worked for maybe 2 weeks and they don’t keep it clean and the laundry unit is always flooded. They will ignore calls there has been times where I have called multiple times and then ended up walking up there and they were sitting in the office and the recreational room hasn’t worked once or have been open since I’ve been out there at all. They are slum lords my bathroom was flooding for about a month and it got so bad that the water was everywhere even got on my carpet in the bedroom it started smelling real bad. I made several work orders and phone calls even went to the office to talk to them about the situation. It got so bad that I had to call code enforcement because they didn’t want to send a professional plumber out. I don’t recommend this place to anyone I wish I can post pictures
