The worst experience I've ever had . Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Came in for a regular cut and she said she could take a walk in but i would have to wait 6 hrs which is understandable , but then when she looked at my hair she told me I was a "hot mess " . She had a bad attitude from the beginning and very rude. I would never recommend this place nor will ever go back there . Maybe they should look at what kind of employees they hire at this place .
Picasso's Colour Studio is a beautiful, full-service salon in Riverside, CA. I have received nothing but top notch service. They serve you drinks at the "Color Bar" while your hair is processing and then it's back to the Wash House, where they give you the most relaxing scalp massage in a candle lit room with soft music... very nice! My cuts (done by owner, Cindy) are always (forgive the pun here) "cutting-edge." She is great about talking to me and asking what I want. I highly recommend Picasso's Colour Studio!!
