Scheduled my appointment for a pedicure and arrived early. Sat in a chair a few mins later. 35 mins later, no one started ... asked how much longer. Maybe 5-10 mins. Waited 15 mins and asked again was told the same thing. Will not be back. They overbook. Saw 3 other people arrive when I did and none were helped after 45 mins. Bad business.
Love the staff!!! Don and Joe are the best!!! Don does the most amazing pedicures he makes me fall asleep every time! And Joe is AMAZING at nails he is quick but effective! Always leave with amazing nails! And their service is amazing!

Worst mani I’ve ever paid for. When my daughter gave me pretend manis as a little girl they turned out better. Every nail tech in this salon is rude. Ordered the most extensive mani and was lucky enough to get lotion at the end. When I questioned the where the massage, hot stones and paraffin wax was, suddenly no one speaks English.
Everyone is really nice and I’m always Satisfied
This place is like an assembly line. Workers are more interested in the next client than on the one he/she is working on. Speed is of the essence. If you try to make an appointment by phone, no one answers. When someone occasionally does, you show up for the appointment you made and it’s not in the book! There is no identifiable manager on premises. Ever. Unfortunately his business model seems like the norm in north Texas. I’m not returning to Picasso
I have been coming here since they opened- I always see them jump in, but today I see husband & wife side by side working...and I thought it was beautiful. They are not above working!
