This is absolutely the worst of the worst car dealerships to go to in my experience with them. Lilly, (the owner's wife) just so happens to act as the finance manager and she cannot handle customers professionally or honestly but will complain that you are harassing her when you are in need of a response. She doesn't know the meaning of harassment. Again, it's an excuse so she doesn't have to deal with you. This place has sold me a 2007 Hummer H3. I was happy for about 2 hours after the sale. I live in Cincinnati and drove it home with no problems for that hour until I pulled into my driveway. The vehicle made rough noises and knocking from upfront. Picasso's service department had topped off all fluid levels and forgot to reinstall the drain in the front differential. Buyer beware!!!! I purchased a 2013 Infinity QX56 truck on June 25th. Initially I was pleased and gave a 5 star review before I even left the lot per request of Lilly. They were nice and pleasant and got me approved so I figured why not. However my thoughts on that quickly came into question because the truck would not start up and had to be jumped for over 30 minutes before it would start. I recently bought a Porsche Panamera Hybrid from this dealership. When I was looking at this car I was informed by another Dealership that the Hybrid battery would cost 20-30,000 dollars to replace. They told me dealer was lying and battery would only cost $1500. Lily and Matt convinced me I had nothing to worry about. I was also warned that if battery goes bad car will shut down and unusable tell fixed. Once again they denied that claim.
