My experience at this dentist office was pleasant, but now they are trying to bill for procedures that were paid years ago, at the time of the procedures; the person on the phone from the office wasn't sure what the charges were for because its a new external billing company, and I cant talk to them directly. I'll be searching for a new dentist, open to recommendations.
I get to my appointment today just to find out they rescheduled me without notifying me. I’ve had the same number on file so I know they didn’t try reaching to out to let me know in advance. When I try to get rescheduled, I’m told I’d have to wait a month. Disappointed in their service.
Everything in excellent condition not much cleaning needed.
They were wonderful to a person - loved Dr Harlin, he actually listened!
No long wait to be taken back and Doctor came to see me very quickly. Very precise to make sure my smile is going be absolutely perfect.
