We can't say enough about how easy it was working with Picasa from start to finish. We initially chose Picasa to build our casita because their service included everything from getting HOA approvals, to city permits to interior and exterior finishes. We also liked that that they had completed other casitas in our community and knew how to get things done. The process of building this casita was very smooth. Carlos was excellent to work with and was very transparent about each step of the process. Everything went as planned and I never felt like I was being hustled during the process. Except when Charlie said we had Caliche....I can't actually believe that since no one else found Caliche in that very same spot.
